Many of the products and services I write about on here are bought directly from that company. I don’t resell software or systems. I may earn a small commission from the vendor for sending you their way. This has no impact on the cost of the service to you.

If I provide consulting or set up services or provide my own products, then I will generally provide a checkout where you can enter credit card details or come to an arrangement prior to work commencing, especially on larger projects.

You need to deal directly with vendor involved. Once you go to an external website and buy a product, that third party vendor is responsible for billing, refunds and support.

I can also just generate leads and send them directly to your CRM or email inbox. You just pay per lead and don’t need to worry about any of the above stuff.
